I haven't done a journal since Aug of '09!? Man I am still behind the times & trying to get caught up. The latest project was for the highschool bowling team; individual & team photos. They used a couple of the team photos in the local paper. They're going to use the pics in the yearbook too. It's kinda sad that the gang an undefeated season & is moving on in the finals & the yearbook staff wouldn't even take a single team photo. The newest goal/project is getting some photos of the painted churches in Texas. So far I've gotten one dowm; St. Mary's in Praha,Tx.

Between work & the latest photo adventure,I've been distracted lately. I'm running behind in the catching up department I know; my apologies to all. My dear cousin talked me into doing the photos for her wedding a couple weeks ago & I'm STILL dealing with the darn things. I had a minor mishap & had to start over. The "select all" feature rocks when it comes to a mass edit. Alas it isn't so good when you forget to "select none" and delete a bad photo because it gets them all. Ah well, that's why you keep the originals safe in a different location or two. I swear I'll never work another wedding as a photographer.....as soon as I get through wit

Well I survived the zoo trip. Both of the guys I went with gave me all kinds of hell for taking all my camera gear & swapping out lenses. One quit when he realized his point & shoot didn't have the reach he wanted. The other quit after getting a look at the photos later that evening on a laptop. Actually I think they just wanted to hassle me about my hobby. Ironic that they complained about all of that but volunteered to lug around the rest of my gear so I could focus on shooting. Anyway, I'm working on getting some more of the pics up.
